We’re currently experiencing an issue with some of the sites we host in the MAI data centre. We’re awaiting more information from the data centre and will post an update as soon as possible.

Update @ 17:38: Sites are now back online. The outage was caused by a hardware failure.

At around 6.45AM on Friday 9th October we will be carrying out some upgrades to our clustered e-mail infrastructure. This will mean that for approximately 10 minutes you will be unable to collect your e-mail with POP, IMAP or Webmail.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause. The upgrades will bring increased reliability and performance to the service.

We have just been informed that some scheduled maintenance will be taking place at approximately 10PM tonight in the MAI datacentre. There should be no disruption to service.
